Your support engineer may ask you to provide trace files, a metadata backup, or other information. You can send files up to 20MB as an attachment to a support request. For larger files, use Box as described below.
To submit a file to the Data Replication and Data Connectivity Support Team:
- Rename the file to contain your company name, the current date, and the ticket number (when available.)
- Fill out the dialog below to select the file and upload it to a secure space that can be accessed by the Technical Support team only.
